Our Behavioral Health Home offers Navigator,  Supportive and Connective Case Management Services in addition to Mental Health Evaluation, Medication Prescribing/ Monitoring, Housing and Rehabilitation / Employment Support Services, Personal Medicine Coaching, Peer Doula Program for Pregnant and Post Partum women and their families with SMI designations, Community Health Workers and Peer Support.  We are delighted to expand our services using the values and principles that are the fabric of Consumer Operated Service Programs ( Peer Run Organization) . We value connection, relationship and belonging.  Forming a true partnership and connection with those we served ( called members) and their family members  is our primary goal. We know it's through connection that individuals heal. We use our lived experiences to enhance the services we provide. One team , one goal.. wellness !  This all happen on one beautify campus, located 1950 W Heatherbrae, the BHH occupies Suite 10-1

The remainder of the campus is our Community Service Agency which provides day programming and 100% of it's services Peer Delivered! .
