  • Community Service Agency and Outpatient Clinic Hours are Mon-Fri: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

    Closed evenings, Saturday and Sunday with the exception of ACT services delivered in the Community 

 

CHR is closed on all major holidays and the 1st Wednesday of every month at 1pm to allow staff training
